Section 18004(e) of the Coronavirus Aid, 救援, and Economic Security Act (“关心行为” or the “Act”), 酒吧. L. No. 116- 136,134 Stat. 281(三月二十七日, 2020), directs institutions receiving funds under Section 18004 of the Act to submit (in a time and manner required by the US Department of Education’s Secretary) a report to the Secretary describing the use of funds distributed from the Higher Education 紧急 救援 Fund (“HEERF”). The following information is designed to satisfy the reporting requirements as established by the Secretary:

4月11日, 2020  Metropolitan State University of 丹佛 (密歇根州立大学丹佛) signed and returned to the US Department of Education via grants.gov the 关心行为 Higher Education 紧急 救援 Fund Certification and Agreement for the minimum student allocation of emergency financial aid grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) and 18004(c) of the 关心行为. Per the HEERF Certification and Agreement, 密歇根州立大学丹佛 was allocated $14,390,083 and has already initiated awarding these funds with the intention to use no less than 50% of the funds under Section 18004(a)(1) of the 关心行为 to provide 紧急 金融援助 Grants to students. 4月22日, 2020, 密歇根州立大学丹佛 received via G5 the institution’s minimum student allocation of HEERF funds, 总计7美元,195,042 . On May 06, 2020, 密歇根州立大学丹佛 received via G5 the institution’s HEERF funds, 总计7美元,195,041. Lastly, 密歇根州立大学丹佛 received via G5 $1,056,379 HEERF 18004(a)(2) HSI/MSI funds on June 08, 2020.
