We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable 毕业典礼 experience. We value your enthusiasm and ask that all guests exercise good judgment and observe the expected etiquette listed below. Please respect the rights of others by displaying proper decorum.

• 所有候选人, their families and friends are expected to remain for the entire 毕业典礼 Ceremony. 研究生s should not leave the ceremony grounds until the appropriate time during the recessional.
• No one but the graduates, 教师, and members of the platform party will be permitted in the stage area of the ceremony grounds.
• Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
• Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the stage may be immediately ejected from the venue.
• Guests will not smoke or vape in any of the campus venues, but in designated smoking areas only.
• Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety. Guest are not allowed to have signs or clothing with offensive or indecent messages, images or text.
• Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
• Guests will also be responsible for their safety by reporting inappropriate behavior to 毕业典礼 Staff identified with red zip-ups.

丹佛 Coliseum Event Policies

For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection prior to, and as a condition of, 导纳. Please have your bags open and available for inspection. Intoxicated patrons may be denied 导纳 to the Venue. Coliseum Management reserves the final decision on items which may be brought into the Venue.

• Outside food and/or beverages

• 武器(e.g. toys, guns, knives, chains, studded jewelry) or objects that may be considered a weapon

• Pets of any kind. Qualified service animals permitted

的 primary ordering deadline to order regalia was March 15th 9点59分.m. MT. Herff Jones offered a secondary ordering window, which included a rush shipping fee, from March 16th until April 7 9点59分.m. MT.

All home ship orders that were placed by this deadline, should have been received on or before April 23, 2024. All other orders should have been picked up at the Cap and 礼服 拾音器 on Tuesday, April 23 or Wednesday, April 24 between 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. 在圣. Cajetan的.

If you have missed the above deadlines, regalia was also available for purchase at Cap & 礼服 拾音器 or you can purchase regalia the day of the ceremony.

You should have received an email from [email protected]. 的 RSVP deadline for the in-person ceremony was April 23 at 11:59 p.m. 

Once you RSVP’d, you should have received your digital name card, called GradPass. You will need to have your GradPass on your phone on the day of the ceremony in order to have your name read. GradPass changes needed to be submitted before the RSVP deadline (April 23).
